I love my little furbaby and only want the best to take care of him! There are many pet sitters out there and it can be very difficult to know which one is the right for you! It can be scary to let a stranger come into your home and have the responsibility of caring for your furchildren! As your local North Wales pet sitter, I figured I would let you know what I would look for in a pet sitter!
What would I look for: 
1. A pet sitter that is both bonded and insured. Anyone can say they are bonded and insured so always ask to see their paperwork! Liability insurance protects you and your home in case something happens. Bonding protects that items in your home.
2. The pet sitter should offer references. If they don’t, ask for references! Call or email a couple of their clients.
3. Always meet the pet sitter! Most professional pet sitters will offer a consultation. This offers the opportunity for you to interview them and ask them how they would take care of your pet. Ask them how they deal with different situations, such as illness in your pet. Also watch how they interact with your pet! Are they interested and excited to meet your pet?
4. Check their website and read their reviews. Ask your Vet if he/she knows anything about them.
